IS IT SAFE TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS OVER THE INTERNET?

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
The MOR E-Boutique accepts Visa and Mastercard Only.
Unfortunately we are cannot accept American Express and Diners Cards at this time.
HOW WILL MY ORDER COME PACKAGED
Your goods will be wrapped in tissue paper and tied with MOR Ribbon then carefully bubble wrapped for protection
The package will then be sent in an Australian Post cardboard box to offer further protection.
CAN I PLACE ONE ORDER BUT SEND TO MULIPLE ADDRESSES?
Yes you can. But please be aware you will have to pay separate postage charges per different address.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ONLINE ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED
Unfortunately we are unable to help you here.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GOODS TO BE DISPATCHED?
MOR aims to ensure that any orders placed before 12pm on Australian business working days, are packaged and prepared for dispatch the following day. However, in some instances such as public holidays and busy periods this expectation cannot be met.
*Please note; All care is taken so that when an order arrives, the MOR team aims to delivery asap.
CAN I SHIP SOMETHING OVERSEAS?
MOR only ships to the region that you are purchasing from. Therefore when purchasing from the Australia and New Zealand Region we will ship only to those regions.
If you are purchasing in USD then your goods can be shipped to the rest of the world.

DOES MOR TEST THEIR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
No, MOR does not test their products on animals.
ARE MOR PRODUCTS SOLD IN RETAIL STORES
Yes they are. On this website we have provided you with a store locator for Australia only. Simply go to the "Contact Us" page to view your nearest store.
WHAT DO I DO IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE ADDING PRODUCTS TO MY CART OR THE SITE ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY?

CAN I BACK-ORDER /RESERVE AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK OR UNAVAILABLE?
Occasionally a product may be unavailable, but unfortunately we do not have a backorder system. If you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will be happy to contact you via email when the item you want is back in stock.
DOES MOR SUPPLY PRODUCTS FOR CORPORATE GIFTS?
