DOES MOR COSMETICS ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept payment via PayPal.  We do however accept all major credit cards.  Please note that our website is secure and your credit card information will not be compromised.  Should you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help.  Please feel free to contact us anytime between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00pm PST at 1-800-978-4MOR (4667) or via email at shop.usa@morcosmetics.com

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, you are unable to make any changes to your order.  We do apologize for any inconvenience.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!  Please note that we will request that the damaged item/items be returned to us.  Please contact us at 1-800-978-4MOR (4667) to arrange for a return shipping label (MOR Cosmetics to provide) to send back the damaged item and also to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, HOW DO I GO ABOUT RECEIVING THE CORRECT ITEM ORDERED? 

We apologize for our mistake!  Please contact us immediately so we may arrange for the correct item to be shipped as soon as possible, 1-800-978-4MOR (4667) or email at shop.usa@morcosmetics.com.

HOW DO I CONTACT MOR?

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OTHER THAN THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

Yes!  We love speaking with our customers.  Please feel free to contact us at 1-800-978-4MOR (4667).  At this time we do not accept orders via fax or mail.

DOES MOR TEST THEIR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?

No. We love animals!  MOR does not test products on animals, nor do we commission others to do so on our behalf.

ARE MOR PRODUCTS SOLD IN RETAIL STORES?

 Yes they are.  On our website we have provided our customers with a store locator.  Simply go to the "Contact Us" page to view your nearest store.

DOES MOR OFFER GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES?

MOR regrets that at this stage we do not offer special gift wrapping services.  We will let all our customers know if this situation changes.  Please accept our apologies.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE ADDING PRODUCTS TO MY CART OR THE SITE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY?

Please email us at shop.usa@morcosmetics.com with details of the problem. 

It would be a great help if you could include as much information as you can, including which web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc) and computer (Windows XP, MAC, iPhone, etc) you are using.  We also ask that you provide a screen shot of the problem occurring.

CAN I BACKORDER/RESERVE AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK OR UNAVAILABLE?

Occasionally a product may be unavailable, but unfortunately we do not offer a backorder system at this time.  If you email us at shop.usa@morcosmetics.com we will be happy to contact you via email when the item arrives back into stock.

I AM ALERGIC TO CERTAIN INGREDIENTS, DOES MOR SUPPLY INGREDIENT LISTINGS?

Yes, absolutely!  Please email us at shop.usa@morcosmetics.com with the item you are interested in purchasing and we will be happy to send through the ingredient listing per your request.

CAN I REQUEST A CATALOG & SAMPLES?

Of course!  To request a catalog please email us at shop.usa@morcosmetics.com and provide your full name, ship to address, city, state and zip code.  We will be in contact shortly to confirm receipt of your request.

DOES MOR OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift cards.  Please note that this is one of our goals for the future.  We will be sure to keep all our customers updated with the status.

CAN I INCLUDE A SPECIAL NOTE WITH MY ORDER?

Yes, please include your special note in the comments section at checkout.  We will include with your package, a nice had written note on a beautiful card.
