WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DOES MOR COSMETICS USE?
We ship via FedEx. Shipping by FedEx enables are customers to track their packages by a unique tracking number assigned to each shipment. This tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships from our warehouse.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
FedEx has provided the below table which indicates the estimated time of delivery (once the order ships from our warehouse).
For all international shipments, including Canada, please note that the estimated time of delivery (once the order ships from our warehouse) is 5-10 business days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY SUBMITTED ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders will be shipped within a 24hr time frame once your order has been submitted. Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm PST is subject to ship the next business day.
MY ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF THE USA AND CANADA. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
Yes. Before FedEx is able to deliver your package, they will be in contact with you to collect the necessary duties and taxes that apply to your order. MOR Cosmetics has no control over these charges. Please check with your local FedEx representative should you have any questions regarding this matter.
